RELIEFS AND REVERSE ENGINEERING
It generally represents the first phase of a new job, but it can also be an end in itself service by returning the customer vector and/or 3D drawings. Fabbri Fiore’s technicians deal with all the dimensional measurements where it is necessary to rebuild, modify, repair, or even measure in order to obtain a CAD drawing. The data acquisition necessary to carry out a project through the use of tools, from the most traditional to the most modern and sophisticated 3D scanner, is the primary and qualitatively essential skill of the company in order to offer a high value service.
DESIGN
The study and the development of an idea, coming from the internal team or proposed by the customer, is the daily work of the technical department in Fabbri Fiore. Engineers and designers, thanks to a great experience and 3D design tools (SolidWorks), put together the mechanical work which will be then realized in the production department. The designed details, as single units or parts of a complex group, are encoded at every level and managed by PDM software (DBWorks), which is able to check state levels, licenses, application, obsolescence and traceability over time.
PRODUCTION
A Numerically Controlled Machine Tools (CNC) department provides to the planning the needed instruments in order to realize the mechanical parts under the aegis of quality.

MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION
The maintenance and assembly department is in charge all scheduled maintenance work of our customers, as well as external interventions; it is daily engaged in the assembly of Jobs in progress (machinery, handling systems, doors, portholes, winches, etc.) once available from the production and quality control departments.
